Don't like the robot vibe

Well, I read my post and did not like the sound of referring to my daughter as 3Ss NOT AT ALL!!! So Sunshine. I may use their full 'nicknames' I actually do not call them these! It was just as I said..something I did in my head one sleepy night;) or just the partial like Sun or Rain or Glow or Bright...no I am not a misplaced hippie haha! or a a nature fanatic though I do enjoy God's creation! Many beautiful sights and experiences and...the indoors is great too! Yes I had to get this down right away. Oh boy. I can already tell this'll be a terrible read all over the place or maybe I'll just become better as I go? Either way...it's ok? Right? I'm writing and it's here and well I'll do my best which won't always be my best or may just son old stink! Ok for today or now:)

About Me

Whoo...where to start. Well I don't have to tell my life story in a day so I'll be brief (as possible-I've been called the book bc I'm wordy but I can be wordy I guess here right?!:))

I'm Mrs.D married to P since July 20, 1991. We have four daughters with two losses between our first and second child.

When my youngest was born in 2003 she was not a good sleeper as in she really slept very little either day or night! I was so happy to have her and enjoyed our many quiet times in the rocker at night. I would sing to her a lot as I did with her sisters. This is where my 'names' I'll use for my girls come in. There was a popular song out that year by T.im Mc.Graw that I thought was pretty and the line "she's my kind of rain" stuck out to me. I'm a metaphor fan:) and at that time that resonated with me for my new little girl;) so I started thinking..or was it entertaining..or OCDing that I had to have little names just for me that reflected all of my girls like my new little baby rain glow;) ....

so before the advent of blogs and initials and privacy terms..here I am already set to go.

Daughter one 19 always the performer and now a music major. She was my bright star;)

daughter two 14-she always liked to hold my hand and just go with the flow my love light;) daughter three 12 she always woke up in her crib (the only one who slept well in one!) with a cheery smile and an "I'm awake!" chirping out. She was sunshine.

Then baby rain glow 8-little did I know she'd be such a little fire cracker now!Ha!

Well there we have us. Mrs.D the husband P and Bs,Ll,Ss,and Rg. I think that'll do? Their first names all start with the same letter. I use their middle initials in my journal and to mark underwear Lol! Well for the little ones now anyway..3Ss has some special health needs and has medically relevant short stature Among other things (treatment avaialble and starting within the month yay!) But her and little sister wear some of the same sizes.

Well I'm getting rambly now. Oh, we also have two dogs currently. T and V. I've never referred to them as fur babies ...I'm older (40 eek!) and had never heard that term. I do not have IF, although I do read many blogs among others about women who do. But how that happened and why I'm so glad it did for many reasons is for another post.

I usually check the blogs I follow pretty regularly but I'd missed a few days and when I clicked on yours (from another blog congratulating you) imagine my absolutely thrilled surprise when your blog was the ONE! Thank you for leaving my first comment:) it is exciting to me. I'm very technologically challenged and I thought I could never run a 'real' blog. That's just the annoying perfectionist in me. So anyway...I'm writing now..whoo hoo. Maybe I'll title my next post 'about me' I can worry about the fancy stuff later right:)

Hi. I'm new to the blogging world. Not reading!! Just the blogging. I 'found' this blog again when I decided I wanted to start commenting on others blogs because I've enjoyed following many for so long. Maybe one day I'll actually create a 'real' blog and well blog!
