I got my first comment

Thank you Baby Hopes! I usually check the blogs I follow pretty regularly but I'd missed a few days and when I clicked on yours (from another blog congratulating you) imagine my absolutely thrilled surprise when your blog was the ONE! Thank you for leaving my first comment:) it is exciting to me. I'm very technologically challenged and I thought I could never run a 'real' blog. That's just the annoying perfectionist in me. So anyway...I'm writing now..whoo hoo. Maybe I'll title my next post 'about me' I can worry about the fancy stuff later right:)

Yay!!! I'm so glad you're writing!!! I can't wait to hear more! I was very intimidated when I first started my blog. I started blogging after following Bridget from http://ourstorkgotlost.blogspot.com/ through her IVF cycle. She now has the cutest little girl!!!

Thank you so much for your sweet words of encouragement! Blogging has really given me a place to learn so much from other Moms and Moms-To-Be (whatever the stage of their journey). So glad to have connected with you and looking forward to your posts!!!

Yes, to say I'm intimidated is an understatement! I'm glad I'm not the only one! I love your writing style. It has actually been the one that has encouraged me. I worry about all of the words it takes me to get somewhere as you'll see in the posts to come. I'm also not so sure it'll be a good thing TO worry too much about that because then ill be re-reading and shortening and editing till it'll becomes too stressful. Many of your posts are long and often detailed and explanatory which is fine by me. I realize I could write too much and be all over the place and not very cohesive (as you do such a good job of:)!) but I'll learn I hope:) I look forward to noticing and appreciating different styles more closely...but never want to give up my love of the blog for pure reading enjoyment:)! I have a lot to learn to be sure though...I won't even get into design (though my original major in college, I didn't finish..was art-we were still using drafting boards! ancient..) so the computer world is largely foreign besides the basics (I did not have a career where these skills would be developed as necessity..) I still use paper grocery lists...spiral notebooks and forget spreadsheets...I know it's convenient and great..just not there yet?!
